Can the RTP from classic GGG Products for PC and Home Console be used in free or commercial RPG Maker user games if I have purchased these products in the past?

I'm waiting for an official answer, but from the GGG Products Terms and Conditions site, it gives a complete list of products that are considered GGG makers under their terms.

As their terms read, only these maker engine RTP's on the list can be used in any engine. The discontinued maker engine RTP's would be subject to their specific EULA's.

As soon as I get an official answer, I will relay it here. 

Discontinued maker RTP products cannot be used with any engine. Only the maker RTP products on the list are available to use in any engine.

Unfortunately no, RTP from discontinued engines are not allowed even in other maker engines at this time.
