More specifically, is there a way to turn the games made with Unite into a vr version?
It's perfectly acceptable if it's only possible for the dungeons made using the 3D Dungeon addon.

The integration of Unity VR with RPG Maker Unite is theoretically possible but would require significant customization and technical effort. Main reason is Unite renders everything on 2D canvas so you would need to find a way to convert it all to 3D environments.
Now if you make your world already in a 3D it would probably be easier to integrate VR kits into your game. Here are some examples of Unite 3D games:
