NPCとの会話イベント中に、立ち絵を表示させたいのですが。会話内容によって立ち絵の表情を変えることはできますか？

残念ながら、NPCに設定された立ち絵を使う前提ではできないようです。

文章の表示のキャラクター指定を「なし」とした上で個別にインポートした立ち絵を設定することは可能です。
