ご報告誠にありがとうございます。

検証したところ正確には「初期配置マップにBGSが設定されていた場合、ゲーム開始直後には演奏されない」という現象であることが確認できました（そのマップに入り直すとBGSが正常に演奏されます）。 本件は将来の対応を検討しております。
