2倍速ボタンなどではなく、デフォルトの戦闘のスピードを変更したい

戦闘時のアクションがもっさりしていて非常に遅く感じます。スピーディなバトルがしたいので、戦闘中のみ全ての動作のスピードが2倍になるが、BGMやSEには速度変更の影響が出ない…なんてことは可能でしょうか？2倍速になるボタンを配置するなどの方法ではなく、デフォルトの戦闘速度を変える方法が知りたいです。

アドオンでの対応にはなりますが、以下のページでご紹介している「RDBattleSpeedUp」というアドオンで実現できるかもしれません。 説明には決定ボタンを押している間と書かれていますが、NormalRateの方をデフォルトの１から変えれば通常時の速度が変わります。
